de aer comprimat a clientului.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Oferind servicii de optimizare a costurilor \u0219i de integrare a proceselor prin dezvoltarea unor sisteme \u0219i aplica\u021bii cu focus pe eficien\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103 ce vin \u00een \u00eent\u00e2mpinarea nevoilor companiilor din industrie, un client Quartz Matrix din domeniul industriei automotive a apelat la speciali\u0219tii Senys pentru eficientizarea energetic\u0103 la unit\u0103\u021bile sale de produc\u021bie din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Identificarea nevoilor clientului<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Datorit\u0103 necesit\u0103\u021bii \u00eentocmirii unor programe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/blog\/puncte-cheie-firma-audit-energetic-industrial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a eficien\u021bei energetice<\/a>, cu etape clare privind stabilirea \u0219i aplicarea m\u0103surilor de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a eficien\u021bei energetice care s\u0103 produc\u0103 efecte vizibile \u00een sc\u0103derea costurilor cu energia, compania a apelat la echipa Senys pentru consultan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i \u00eendrumare \u00een g\u0103sirea solu\u021biilor adecvate.<\/p>\r\n<h5><strong>Obiectivele companiei:<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li>Func\u021bionarea instala\u021biilor de aer comprimat industrial la randamente optime<\/li>\r\n<li>Analiza performan\u021bei aerului comprimat<\/li>\r\n<li>Oportunit\u0103\u021bile de eficientizare a consumului de energie<\/li>\r\n<li>Calculul economiilor ce pot fi \u00eenregistrate prin recuperarea pierderilor de aer comprimat<\/li>\r\n<li>Crearea unui plan de investi\u021bii ca urmare a identific\u0103rii m\u0103surilor de eficientizare<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ca urmare a necesit\u0103\u021bilor identificate \u00eempreun\u0103 cu clientul, echipa Quartz Matrix a propus realizarea unui <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/audit-energetic-instalatii-aer-comprimat-industrial\">audit energetic pentru instala\u021bii de aer comprimat industrial<\/a><\/strong>, care reprezint\u0103 oportunitatea cea mai mare de reducere a consumului \u0219i costurilor cu energia din industrie.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #9cd012\"><strong>Studiu de caz audit energetic pentru instala\u021bii de aer comprimat industrial<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Studiul de caz prezentat mai jos integreaz\u0103 informa\u0163ii de la trei unit\u0103\u021bi de produc\u021bie cu impactul cel mai mare \u00een consumul total la nivelul fabricilor sale din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aerul comprimat necesar desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii proceselor tehnologice din cadrul sec\u021biilor de produc\u021bie este produs \u00een sta\u021biile de compresoare, asigurat de urm\u0103toarele tipuri de compresoare:<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Atlas Copco tip GA 30FF<\/em><\/strong>; P<sub>nom<\/sub> = 45 kW, <strong><em>Atlas Copco tip GA 30 P<\/em><\/strong>; P<sub>nom<\/sub> = 30 kW, <strong><em>Atlas Copco GA 55 FF<\/em><\/strong>; P<sub>nom<\/sub> = 55 kW, <strong><em>Kaeser tip BSD 83<\/em><\/strong>; P<sub>nom<\/sub> = 45 kW, <strong><em>Ingersoll Rand MM55<\/em><\/strong>; P<sub>nom<\/sub> = 55 kW.<\/p>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Abordarea echipei Senys<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u0103surarea \u00een timp real a debitului de aer produs de compresoare;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Analiza regimului real de func\u021bionare a compresoarelor;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Monitorizarea \u00een timp real a parametrilor cheie \u015fi extragerea indicatorilor de performan\u0163\u0103 (kWh\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, kWh\/or\u0103 operare);<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Se determin\u0103 randamentul ansamblului motor electric \u2013 agregat de comprimare;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u0103sur\u0103tori consumuri orare de aer comprimat \u00een diferite puncte ale re\u021belei de aer comprimat industrial;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Identificarea pierderilor de volum de aer prin neetan\u0219eit\u0103\u021bile re\u021belei;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Identificarea zonelor care necesit\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri, precum \u0219i prezentarea m\u0103surilor tehnico-economice pentru optimizarea componentelor sistemelor;<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Determinarea costurilor cu producerea aerului comprimat.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Analiz\u00e2ndu-se datele ob\u021binute \u00een urma m\u0103sur\u0103torilor \u0219i a calculelor efectuate pentru auditul instala\u021biei de aer comprimat, s-au putut identifica parametri func\u021bionali calitativi \u0219i cantitativi \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te zona de generare, distribu\u021bie \u0219i a consumului de aer comprimat.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Totodat\u0103, auditul a permis calculul indicatorilor de performan\u021b\u0103 ai instala\u021biei: consum specific de energie (kWh\/m\u00b3), identificarea pierderilor volumetrice de aer prin neetan\u0219eit\u0103\u021bile re\u021belei \u0219i cererea volumetric\u0103 a consumatorilor.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Astfel, s-au identificat urm\u0103toarele probleme \u00een sta\u021biile de compresoare:<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<h4><span style=\"color: #9cd012\"><strong>Dimensionarea necorespunz\u0103toare a vasului tampon<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Capacitatea de stocare a aerului comprimat este prea mic\u0103 pentru re\u021beaua deservit\u0103, ceea ce determin\u0103 o func\u021bionare \u00eendelungat\u0103 \u00een gol a compresorului, care se traduce \u00eentr-un consum inutil de energie electric\u0103.<\/p>\r\n<figure style=\"width: 736px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/grafic-regim-functionare-compresor.png\"><img suplimentar de energie electric\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 producere de aer comprimat \u2013 genereaz\u0103 facturi m\u0103rite, pierderi financiare<\/li>\r\n<li>Cre\u0219terea orelor de func\u021bionare \u2013 timpi mari de func\u021bionare \u00een gol<\/li>\r\n<li>Eficien\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 \u2013 grad de \u00eenc\u0103rcare sub 50%<\/li>\r\n<li>Cre\u0219terea costului cu mentenan\u021ba \u2013 uzur\u0103 prematur\u0103 a aparatajului electric de comutare \u0219i a agregatului de comprimare per ansamblu<\/li>\r\n<li>Rezerv\u0103 de aer comprimat redus\u0103 \u2013 timp redus de func\u021bionare \u00een cazul unei pene de curent ce poate conduce la \u00eentreruperea produc\u021biei, respectiv pierderi financiare<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dup\u0103 cum se observ\u0103 din graficele de mai sus, \u00een func\u021bie de profilul consumului de aer comprimat din cadrul proceselor tehnologice, regimul de func\u021bionare al compresorului este variabil \u00een timp, cu func\u021bionare \u00een sarcin\u0103 (gol \u0219i treceri prin zero), dup\u0103 atingerea presiunii de 7,2 bari \u00een instala\u021bia de aer comprimat.<\/p>\r\n<h5>Indicatori de performan\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103<\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pentru compresorul Ingersoll Rand MM 55 s-au determinat, pe baza rezultatelor m\u0103sur\u0103torilor \u015fi \u00eenregistr\u0103rilor efectuate cu analizoarele de re\u0163ea electric\u0103 trifazat\u0103 \u0219i a debitmetrului cu ultrasunete portabil de aer comprimat, principalii indicatori de performan\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103:<\/p>\r\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Gradul de \u00eenc\u0103rcare a compresorului de aer este de 48,33%;<\/li>\r\n<li>Consumul specific de energie electric\u0103 este de 0,197 kWh\/Nm<sup>3<\/sup>;<\/li>\r\n<li>Randamentul global de utilizare a energiei electrice este de 43,79%;<\/li>\r\n<li>Energia electric\u0103 orar\u0103 absorbit\u0103 este de 28,53 kWh;<\/li>\r\n<li>Debitul de aer produs la presiunea de 6,9 bari este de 144,45 Nm<sup>3 <\/sup>\/h.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h5>Conculzii masuratori<\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00cen urma analizei m\u0103sur\u0103torilor efectuate, conform graficelor de mai sus, se observ\u0103 c\u0103 <strong>din timpul total de analiz\u0103, 23,3% reprezint\u0103 timpul de mers \u00een sarcin\u0103, 67,5% reprezint\u0103 timpul de mers \u00een gol, iar 9,2% compresorul a fost oprit<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Practic, compresorul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 o perioad\u0103 important\u0103 \u00een regim de gol, far\u0103 producerea de aer comprimat, reprezent\u00e2nd un consum orar inutil de energie electric\u0103 de 13,49 kWh.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Chiar dac\u0103 din punctul de vedere al func\u021bion\u0103rii, parametrii atin\u0219i sunt buni (presiune \u0219i debit), totu\u0219i regimul de lucru duce la o uzur\u0103 prematur\u0103 a aparatajului electric de comutare \u0219i a agregatului de comprimare per ansamblu, av\u00e2nd ca efect o eficen\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 din cauza timpilor mari de mers \u00een gol \u0219i frecven\u021belor dese de cuplare\/decuplare.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00cen tabelul de mai jos sunt prezentate valorile recomandate pentru frecven\u021ba orar\u0103 de cuplare\/decuplare a agregatului \u00een func\u021bie de m\u0103rimea motorului de ac\u021bionare:<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/frecventa-orara-cuplare-decuplare.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/frecventa-orara-cuplare-decuplare.png\" alt=\"frecventa-orara-cuplare-decuplare\" width=\"677\" height=\"295\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #9cd012\"><strong>Solu\u021bia oferit\u0103 de inginerii Quartz Matrix<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere valorile \u00eenregistrate pentru acoperirea necesarului de aer comprimat \u0219i optimizarea func\u021bion\u0103rii compresorului prin cre\u0219terea gradului de \u00eenc\u0103rcare existent, <strong>se recomand\u0103 montarea unui vas tampon suplimentar pentru stocarea aerului comprimat de 5000 litri<\/strong> care:<\/p>\r\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>compenseaz\u0103 \u00een re\u0163ea varia\u0163iile consumului de aer comprimat \u015fi frecven\u0163a de comutare a compresorului;<\/li>\r\n<li>separ\u0103 condensul ce se formeaz\u0103 prin r\u0103cirea aerului comprimat pe peretele rezervorului \u0219i care se adun\u0103 \u00een partea sa inferioar\u0103, de unde se poate evacua f\u0103r\u0103 probleme cu o purj\u0103 automat\u0103.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pierderi financiare: 5278 euro\/an (pentru 6000 ore de func\u021bionare anual)<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #9cd012\">Necesitatea instal\u0103rii unui compresor cu tura\u021bie variabil\u0103<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una dintre unit\u0103\u021bile de produc\u021bie are \u00een componen\u021b\u0103 trei compresoare <strong><em>Atlas Copco tip GA 30P<\/em><\/strong>, iar pentru stocarea aerului comprimat utilizeaz\u0103 vase tampon de 630, 1000 \u0219i 2000 de litri, presiunea din re\u021beaua de aer comprimat fiind de 7 bari.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ele au fost parametrizate s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00een regim Master\/Slave, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t un compresor func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een sarcin\u0103 la \u00eenc\u0103rcare nominal\u0103, iar cel\u0103lalt func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pentru preluarea varia\u021biilor \u0219i v\u00e2rfurilor de sarcin\u0103, al treilea fiind de rezerv\u0103.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u0103sur\u0103torile au eviden\u021biat c\u0103 unul dintre compresoare, <strong><em>Atlas Copco GA 30 P<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> nr. 2<\/em><\/strong>, are o eficien\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 din cauza regimului de func\u021bionare cu timpi mari de mers \u00een gol.<\/p>\r\n<figure style=\"width: 740px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a facturi m\u0103rite;<\/li>\r\n<li>Cre\u0219terea pierderilor de energie electric\u0103 la func\u021bionarea cu grad de \u00eenc\u0103rcare redus;<\/li>\r\n<li>Cre\u0219terea orelor de func\u021bionare (func\u021bionare \u00een gol);<\/li>\r\n<li>Cre\u0219terea costului cu mentenan\u021ba (uzarea prematur\u0103 a compresorului);<\/li>\r\n<li>Scoaterea din uz \u00eenainte de termen<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00cen urma analizei m\u0103sur\u0103torilor efectuate (conform graficului de mai sus), se observ\u0103 c\u0103 din timpul total de analiz\u0103, compresorul Atlas Copco GA 30 P nr. 2 func\u021bioneaz\u0103 de regul\u0103 \u00een sarcin\u0103, cu timpi de func\u021bionare \u00een gol foarte mici, dar cu o frecven\u021b\u0103 de 65 de conect\u0103ri sarcin\u0103-gol pe or\u0103.<\/p>\r\n<h5>Indicatori de
