{"id":229945,"date":"2020-11-10T07:23:15","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T07:23:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/senys.ro\/?p=229945"},"modified":"2020-12-08T10:24:07","modified_gmt":"2020-12-08T10:24:07","slug":"studiu-de-fezabilitate-implementarea-solutii-de-eficientizare-energetica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/senys.ro\/en\/studiu-de-fezabilitate-implementarea-solutii-de-eficientizare-energetica\/","title":{"rendered":"Studiu de fezabilitate implementare solutii de eficientizare energetica"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">\n\t<h3><strong>Tema de la client<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In urma efectuarii unui audit energetic de tip industrial, in conformitate cu prevederile legislatiei in domeniul eficientei energetice, respectiv legea nr. 121\/2014 modificata prin legea nr. 160\/2016 beneficiarul a primit o serie de recomandari cu privire la implementarea unor solutii de eficientizare energetica, printre care actionarea cu turatie variabila a electropompelor, prin utilizarea convertizoarelor de frecventa, precum si recuperarea caldurii gazelor de ardere la cosurile de fum ale centralelor termice.<\/p>\n<p>Cum aceste masuri de crestere a eficientei energetice implica investitii importante conform estimarilor auditorului, pentru a lua decizia in cunostinta de cauza, beneficiarul a comandat un studiu de oportunitate pentru evaluarea exacta a economiei de energie, cat si pentru estimarea financiara a acesteia.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Compania beneficiara a studiului de oportunitate este un operator regional specializat in domeniul producerii si distribuirii apei potabile si colectarii, epurarii si evacuarii in emisar a apelor uzate, prestand servicii pentru peste 350.000 locuitori.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>In aceste conditii, compania beneficiara a apelat la un operator economic ce presteaza servicii de proiectare, inginerie si consultanta tehnica in domeniul eficientei energetice industriale, care sa efectueze un studiu de fezabilitate si sa analizeze riguros cele doua solutii propuse de auditor, cat si sa realizeze documentatia tehnico-economica cu propunerea celei mai potrivite optiuni pentru indeplinirea obiectivelor de investitii.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Auditorul a identificat doua solutii de eficientizare energetica pentru implementarea carora este necesar sa se efectueze investitii totale, conform estimarilor acestuia, in suma de 154328 Euro fara TVA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<h3><strong>Abordarea temei studiului<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t<ol>\n<li>Inlocuirea actionarilor electrice existente prin intermediul softstarterelor cu actionari cu turatie variabila prin intermediul convertizoarelor de frecventa la un numar de 9 electropompe (5 x 250 kW; 2 x 132 kW; 2 x 90 kW). 7 din electropompele mentionate (5 x 250 kW si 2 x 90 kW) transporta apa potabila de la statia de producere la rezervoarele de inmagazinare, de unde apa potabila este distribuita la consumatori gravitational sau prin intermediul unor electropompe actionate cu convertizoare de frecventa care realizeaza variatia turatiei pompelor si implicit a debitelor in functie de valorile prestabilite ale unui parametru de proces, respectiv presiunea. Aceste electropompe au rolul de a umple rezervoarele de inmagazinare. Mai exist\u0103 in contur 2 electropompe de cate 132 kW care se utilizeaza pentru spalarea unor filtre de nisip.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t<p>2. Montare recuperatoare de caldura la cosul de fum aferent unor centrale termice (2 x 200 kW; 1 x 260 kW).<\/p>\n\t<h3>Scop studiu de fezabilitate<\/h3>\n\t<p><strong>Scopul studiului este de a confirma evaluarile tehnice si economice pentru cele doua masuri de crestere a eficientei energetice sau, daca este cazul, de a infirma justificat si documentat, masurile de eficienta energetica propuse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<h2><strong>Elaborare studiu de fezabilitate cu privire la implementarea unor solutii de eficientizare energetica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\t<p>Pentru realizarea studiului solicitat, operatorul a avut o serie de conditii minime pe care compania Quartz Matrix le-a indeplinit:<\/p>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Prestatorul de servicii trebuia sa fie un operator economic care presteaza servicii de proiectare, inginerie si consultanta tehnica in domeniul eficientei energetice industriale, cu experienta in domeniul actionarilor cu turatie variabila a electropompelor, prin utilizarea convertizoarelor de frecventa, precum si in domeniul recuperarii caldurii gazelor de ardere la cosurile de fum de la centralele termice;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Prestatorul trebuia sa aiba prevazute in obiectul de activitate servicii de consultanta si eficienta energetica pentru investitiile in domeniul energetic si sa aiba capacitatea tehnica de a executa studii de oportunitate si studii de solutie, ca parte integranta a studiului de fezabilitate in domeniul eficientei energetice industriale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Studiul sa fie elaborat de o echipa specializata care sa livreze evaluarea si analiza impactului celor 2 masuri de crestere a eficientei energetice propuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p>Quartz Matrix a asigurat resursa umana si echipamentele de masura si colectare a datelor necesare precum si a mijloacelor de transport necesare deplasarii la locul amplasarii cladirilor si echipamentelor care fac obiectul investitiilor.<\/p>\n\t<p>Montarea si utilizarea echipamentelor avansate de masura si achizitie de date s-a realizat cu personal competent autorizat sa efectueze astfel de lucrari:<\/p>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Decizia ANRE 83\/13.08.2014 (2017) pentru auditor energetic autorizat, clasa II, tip complex;<\/li>\n<li>Atestat ANRE 983\/07.02.2019 si Atestat ANRE 749\/2015 (2018) pentru servicii de Manager Energetic;<\/li>\n<li>Atestat ANRE 15754\/06.04.2020 pentru \u201eexecutare de linii electrice, aeriene si subterane, cu tensiuni nominale de 0,4kV+20kV si posturi de transformare cu tensiune nominala superioara de cel mult 20kV, statii de medie tensiune, precum si partea electrica de medie tensiune a statiilor de inalta tensiune\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Atestat ANRE 15443\/17.01.2020 pentru \u201eproiectare si executare instalatii electrice exterioare\/interioare pentru incinte\/constructii civile si industriale, bransamente aeriene si subterane, la tensiuni nominale de 0,4 kV\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Autorizatie ANRE 59\/24.09.2018 de\u00a0 societate prestatoare de servicii energetice pentru industrie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p>Obiectivele studiului de fezabilitate \u201e<strong>Implementare solutii de eficienta energetica<\/strong>\u201d la nivelul statiei de tratare, decantare, filtrare si pompare apa au urmarit cerintele caietului de sarcini elaborat de beneficiar.<\/p>\n\t<p>Astfel, s-au analizat cele doua solutii de eficientizare energetica, respectiv modernizarea actionarii celor 9 electropompe si recuperarea caldurii de la cosurile de fum ale celor trei centrale termice.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Echipa de eficienta energetica a dus la indeplinire studiul de fezabilitate si a livrat clientului urmatoarele:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un studiu de solutie, in cadrul studiului de fezabilitate, cuprinzand descrierea, din punct de vedere tehnic, constructiv, tehnologic si functional &#8211; arhitectural, a principalelor lucrari pentru investitii, corelat cu nivelul tehnic, calitativ si de performanta ce rezulta din indicatorii tehnico-economici propusi;<\/li>\n<li>rezultatul analizei investitiilor pentru cele doua tipuri de masuri de crestere a eficientei energetice propuse referitoare la costurile de implementare, economiile de energie realizate si durata de recuperare a investitiilor \u2013 analiza economica pentru cele doua solutii tehnice;<\/li>\n<li>modalitati concrete de realizare fizica a lucrarilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h2><strong>Rezultate studiu de fezabilitate<\/strong><\/h2>\n\t<p><strong>Solutia de actionare cu un convertizor de frecventa trifazat<\/strong> a electropompei nr. 1 Oras (250 kW) nu este eficienta energetic, generand costuri suplimentare de exploatare prin cresterea consumului orar de energie electrica cu 4,33 kWh\/h, respectiv 1,69 lei\/ ora. Aceste rezultate au la baza masuratorile\/inregistrarile efectuate cu echipamente profesionale trifazate de analiza a energiei electrice, verificate metrologic, precum si simularea pe aplicatia informatizata specifica convertizoarelor de frecventa propuse a fi montate, dupa cum se exemplifica in continuare.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" specializat, actionarea cu un convertizor de frecventa trifazat asupra electropompei nr. 1 Oras (250 kW), nu este eficienta energetic, generand costuri suplimentare de exploatare prin cresterea consumului orar de energie electrica cu 4,33 kWh\/h, respectiv 1,69 lei\/ ora, utilizand tariful practicat de furnizorul de energie electrica pentru client.\u00a0 Deci, procentual, implementarea solutiei de actionare cu convertizor de frecventa, in locul actionarii existente cu Soft Starter, genereaza consumuri suplimentare de energie electrica, respectv cu 1,65%.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>In concluzie, pentru solutia propusa de actionare cu convertizor de frecventa, recuperea investitiei nu este fezabila.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Simularile facute pentru toate cele 9 electropompe au aratat ca recuperea investitiei nu este fezabila pentru client.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<h3>Montare recuperatoare de caldura<\/h3>\n\t<p><strong>Pentru recomandarea de montare recuperatoare de caldura <\/strong>la cosul de fum aferent celor trei centrale termice (2 x 200 kW; 1 x 260 kW) rezultatele studiului de fezabilitate au aratat ca indicii de eficienta energetica ai schimbatorului de caldura sunt nesemnificativi, <strong>potentialul de recuperare a caldurii din gazele de ardere evacuate la cos este foarte redus, respectiv 0,3%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Consideratii tehnice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pentru montarea unui dispozitiv de recuperare a caldurii din gazele de ardere evacuate la cos se impune ca temperatura acestora sa fie mai mare de 140 \u2070C, in caz contrar exista pericolul de condensare a umiditatii din aer pe suprafata interioara a cosului de fum si combinarea chimica cu anumite componente din gazele de ardere, care pot determina un caracter acid al umiditatii.<\/li>\n<li>Deoarece temperatura masurata a gazelor de ardere evacuate la cos este de 81\u2070C, chiar daca s-ar monta un recuperator de caldura din gazele de ardere, randamentul acestuia va fi foarte scazut, <u>avand valorea de 0,3% comparativ cu valorile uzuale ale recuperatoarelor de caldura din gazele de ardere, care sunt de cca. 90%.<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Din masuratorile efectuate in teren s-a constatat lipsa conditiilor de montaj a dispozitivului de recuperare a caldurii (spatiu ingust), fata de dimensiunile si greutatea mare a
