{"id":228082,"date":"2018-04-28T11:40:15","date_gmt":"2018-04-28T09:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/blog\/?p=866"},"modified":"2020-12-11T07:39:34","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T07:39:34","slug":"calitatea-energiei-electrice-probleme-armonici","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/senys.ro\/en\/calitatea-energiei-electrice-probleme-armonici\/","title":{"rendered":"Electricity quality and problems caused by harmonics"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">\n<figure><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/calitatea-energiei-electrice.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/calitatea-energiei-electrice.png\" alt=\"calitatea-energiei-electrice\" width=\"205\" height=\"321\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>Un mister ascuns provoac\u0103 \u00een instala\u021bia electric\u0103 de utilizare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de produc\u021bie \u0219i cl\u0103dirilor de birouri fenomene inexplicabile, care afecteaz\u0103 calitatea energiei electrice:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Supra\u00eenc\u0103rcarea conductorului de nul de lucru<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Func\u021bionarea nedorit\u0103 a aparatelor de protec\u021bie<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supra\u00eenc\u0103lzirea transformatoarelor la sarcini moderate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Deformarea curbei de tensiune<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Suprasolicitarea condensatoarelor pentru corec\u0163ia factorului de putere<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supra\u00eenc\u0103lzirea conductoarelor cauzat\u0103 de efectul pelicular<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sub\u00eenc\u0103rcarea motoarelor cauzat\u0103 de asimetria de tensiune <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Problema? <\/strong><strong>ARMONICILE.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Armonicile sunt produse secundare ale electronicii moderne.<\/strong> Sunt r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite mai ales acolo unde exist\u0103 un num\u0103r mare de tehnic\u0103 de calcul \u0219i ac\u0163ion\u0103ri cu vitez\u0103 variabil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Practic, toate echipamentele electrice \u015fi electronice moderne au surse \u00een comuta\u0163ie sau controleaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un fel sau altul puterea absorbit\u0103 \u015fi, astfel, rezult\u0103 ca sarcini neliniare.<\/p>\n<p>O alimentare perfect\u0103 cu energie electric\u0103 este aceea care este \u00eentotdeauna disponibil\u0103, cu tensiunea \u015fi frecven\u0163a \u00een limitele admisibile \u015fi cu o curb\u0103 de tensiune perfect sinusoidal\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centreruperile \u00een furnizarea energiei constituie cea mai important\u0103 component\u0103 a calit\u0103\u0163ii energiei electrice furnizate.<\/p>\n<p>O tensiune de calitate slab\u0103 constituie o cheltuial\u0103 ascuns\u0103. De obicei, aceasta este nedetectat\u0103 \u0219i nediagnosticat\u0103 at\u00e2t timp c\u00e2t nu apar defec\u021biuni costisitoare.<\/p>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/senys.ro\/en\/contact\/\">Solicita\u021bi ofert\u0103 de solu\u021bii<\/a><\/strong>\n<h4><strong>Cauze \u015fi efecte generate de armonici<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>C\u00e2nd vorbim despre <strong>armonici \u00een instala\u0163iile electrice<\/strong> ne referim \u00een principal la curen\u0163i deoarece armonicile rezult\u0103 din cauza curen\u0163ilor \u015fi cea mai mare parte a efectelor nocive este cauzat\u0103 de ace\u0219ti curen\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>Frecven\u0163ele armonicilor sunt multipli \u00eentregi ai frecven\u0163ei fundamentale de alimentare. Suprapunerea curen\u021bilor armonicii peste curentul fundamental determin\u0103 forme de und\u0103 nesinusoidale asociate cu sarcini neliniare.<\/p>\n<p>Sarcinile liniare sunt relativ rare, l\u0103mpile incandescente necontrolate \u015fi sistemele necontrolate de \u00eenc\u0103lzire fiind singurele exemple.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 376px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/probleme-armonici.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"probleme-armonici\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/probleme-armonici.png\" alt=\"probleme-armonici\" width=\"376\" height=\"280\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 1 &#8211; Probleme generate de armonici<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00cen captura de ecran prezentat\u0103 \u00een figura de mai sus, curba verde corespunde armonicilor de curent prezen\u021bi \u00een instala\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Curba ro\u0219ie indic\u0103 semnalul de tensiune al re\u021belei distorsionat. Se observ\u0103 foarte clar c\u0103 semnalul armonic de curent atinge amplitudini mari, ceea ce genereaz\u0103 o c\u0103dere de tensiune.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tipuri de echipamente care genereaz\u0103 armonici<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Curen\u0163ii armonici sunt genera\u0163i de sarcini neliniare.<\/strong> Acestea includ sarcini monofazate \u0219i trifazate, precum:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>calculatoare, faxuri, l\u0103mpi cu desc\u0103rcare<\/li>\n<li>balasturi electronice pentru l\u0103mpile fluorescente<\/li>\n<li>unit\u0103\u0163i mici de alimentare ne\u00eentreruptibil\u0103 (UPS)<\/li>\n<li>ac\u0163ion\u0103ri cu vitez\u0103 variabil\u0103<\/li>\n<li>unit\u0103\u0163i mari UPS<\/li>\n<li>cuptoare industriale cu arc<\/li>\n<li>\u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toare (redresoare) pentru acumulatorii electrici<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Probleme determinate de curen\u021bii armonici<\/strong><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/senys.ro\/en\/blog\/mentenanta-preventiva-termografiere-instalatii-tablouri-electrice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1. Supra\u00eenc\u0103rcarea conductorului<\/a> de nul de lucru<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00centr-un sistem trifazat, curbele de tensiune ale fiec\u0103rei faze \u00een raport cu punctul neutru al conexiunii \u00een stea sunt defazate cu 120\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, dac\u0103 fiecare faz\u0103 este egal \u00eenc\u0103rcat\u0103, curentul rezultant pe neutru este zero. Dac\u0103 sarcinile nu sunt echilibrate, pe neutru se transmite numai rezultanta sumei curen\u0163ilor de \u00eentoarcere, iar curen\u0163ii armonici cu rang multiplu de trei se adun\u0103 \u00een conductorul neutru.<\/p>\n<p>Acest lucru duce la un curent care circul\u0103 prin neutru \u0219i care adesea este la 120%-130% din curen\u021bii de faz\u0103. Supra\u00eenc\u0103lzirea transformatoarelor la sarcini moderate<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Transformatoarele sunt afectate de armonici pe dou\u0103 c\u0103i. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, pierderile prin curen\u0163i Foucault, reprezent\u00e2nd \u00een mod normal aproximativ 10% din pierderile la sarcin\u0103 nominal\u0103, cresc cu p\u0103tratul rangului armonicii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen practic\u0103, pentru un transformator func\u0163ion\u00e2nd la puterea nominal\u0103 \u015fi care alimenteaz\u0103 sarcini neliniare, pierderile totale vor fi de dou\u0103 ori mai mari dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul aliment\u0103rii unei sarcini liniare.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatul este o temperatur\u0103 mult mai ridicat\u0103 care conduce la o reducere corespunz\u0103toare a duratei de via\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 415px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/supraincalzire-transformator.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"supraincalzire-transformator\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/supraincalzire-transformator.jpg\" alt=\"supraincalzire-transformator\" width=\"415\" height=\"235\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 3 \u2013 Imagine \u00een infraro\u0219u a unui transformator supra\u00eenc\u0103lzit la sarcin\u0103 moderat\u0103<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cel de-al doilea efect se refer\u0103 la armonicile cu rang multiplu de trei. Ele se reg\u0103sesc \u00een toate fazele \u00eenf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii unui transformator cu conexiune triunghi, acestea av\u00e2nd un traseu circular \u00een \u00eenf\u0103\u015fur\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p>Curen\u0163ii armonici cu rang multiplu de trei sunt efectiv absorbi\u0163i de \u00eenf\u0103\u015furare \u015fi nu se propag\u0103 spre alimentare.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, transformatoarele cu \u00eenf\u0103\u015furare triunghi sunt utile ca transformatoare de izolare. De precizat c\u0103 celelalte armonici, care nu au rang multiplu de trei, trec prin \u00eenf\u0103\u015furare.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3. Func\u0163ionarea nedorit\u0103 a aparatelor de protec\u021bie<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00centrerup\u0103toarele pentru curentul diferen\u0163ial rezidual (RCD) ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 pe baza \u00eensum\u0103rii curentului de faz\u0103 \u015fi de neutru \u015fi, dac\u0103 diferen\u0163a nu este sub limita fixat\u0103, deconecteaz\u0103 sarcina.<\/p>\n<p>Declan\u015farea intempestiv\u0103 poate s\u0103 apar\u0103 \u00een prezen\u0163a armonicilor din dou\u0103 cauze. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, \u00eentreruptorul, fiind un dispozitiv electromecanic, poate s\u0103 nu adune corect componentele de \u00eenalt\u0103 frecven\u0163\u0103. Ca urmare, declan\u015feaz\u0103 gre\u015fit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, tipul de echipament care genereaz\u0103 armonici produce \u015fi un zgomot datorat comuta\u0163iei care trebuie filtrat \u00eenainte de conectarea la alimentare.<\/p>\n<p>Filtrele utilizate \u00een acest scop au, \u00een mod normal, c\u00e2te un condensator \u00eentre faz\u0103 \u015fi p\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi \u00eentre conductorul neutru \u015fi p\u0103m\u00e2nt. Drept urmare, va exista o mic\u0103 scurgere de curent spre p\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n<p>Declan\u015farea intempestiv\u0103 a \u00eentreruptoarelor este cauzat\u0103 de obicei de curen\u0163i \u00een circuit care sunt mai mari dec\u00e2t cei calcula\u0163i sau m\u0103sura\u0163i, din cauza prezen\u0163ei curen\u0163ilor armonici.<\/p>\n<p>Cele mai multe instrumente portabile nu m\u0103soar\u0103 valoarea efectiv\u0103 adev\u0103rat\u0103 \u015fi pot subestima curen\u0163ii nesinusoidali cu 40%.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4. Suprasolicitarea condensatoarelor pentru corec\u0163ia factorului de putere<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Condensatoarele pentru corectarea factorului de putere sunt prev\u0103zute s\u0103 genereze un curent defazat<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/suprasolicitare-condensatori.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"suprasolicitare-condensatori\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/suprasolicitare-condensatori.jpg\" alt=\"suprasolicitare-condensatori\" width=\"310\" height=\"272\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 4 \u2013 Condensatori deteriora\u021bi de prezen\u021ba armonicilor \u00een instala\u021bie<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00eenaintea tensiunii pentru a compensa un curent defazat \u00een urma tensiunii cauzat de o sarcin\u0103 inductiv\u0103, ca de exemplu un motor asincron.<\/p>\n<p>Impedan\u0163a condensatorului scade odat\u0103 cu cre\u015fterea frecven\u0163ei \u00een timp ce impedan\u0163a sursei, care este \u00een general inductiv\u0103, cre\u015fte cu frecven\u0163a.<\/p>\n<p>Este deci probabil ca prin condensator s\u0103 treac\u0103 curen\u0163i armonici foarte mari \u015fi pot s\u0103 apar\u0103 deterior\u0103ri dac\u0103 el nu a fost conceput s\u0103 \u00eei suporte.<\/p>\n<p>O problem\u0103 poten\u0163ial mai serioas\u0103 care poate ap\u0103rea pentru o frecven\u0163\u0103 armonic\u0103 sau aproape de aceasta este rezonan\u0163a \u00eentre condensator \u015fi reactan\u0163a de sc\u0103p\u0103ri a sistemului de alimentare (ceea ce se poate produce, evident, la frecven\u0163e cu interval de 100 Hz).<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd aceasta are loc pot fi generate tensiuni \u015fi curen\u0163i foarte mari, adesea conduc\u00e2nd la avarii catastrofale ale condensatorului (ca \u00een figura 4).<\/p>\n<p>Rezonan\u0163a poate fi evitat\u0103 prin introducerea unei bobine \u00een serie cu condensatorul, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t combina\u0163ia r\u0103m\u00e2ne inductiv\u0103, cel pu\u0163in pentru armonica semnificativ\u0103 cu rangul cel mai mic.<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 solu\u0163ie limiteaz\u0103 totodat\u0103 curentul armonic care poate circula \u00een condensator. Inductivitatea bobinei poate fi o problem\u0103, \u00een special c\u00e2nd sunt prezente armonici de rang mic.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>5. Supra\u00eenc\u0103lzirea conductoarelor cauzat\u0103 de efectul pelicular<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Curentul alternativ are tendin\u0163a de a circula la suprafa\u0163a conductorului. Acest fenomen este cunoscut sub denumirea de efect pelicular \u015fi este mai pronun\u0163at la frecven\u0163e \u00eenalte.<\/p>\n<p>Efectul pelicular este \u00een mod normal ignorat deoarece are un efect foarte mic la frecven\u0163a nominal\u0103 de alimentare, dar la peste 350 Hz, adic\u0103 de la armonica 7, efectul pelicular devine important, provoc\u00e2nd pierderi suplimentare \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103lzire \u00een conductoarele de alimentare (ca \u00een figura 5).<\/p>\n<p>Acolo unde exist\u0103 curen\u0163i armonici, proiectan\u0163ii trebuie s\u0103 \u0163in\u0103 seama de efectul pelicular \u015fi s\u0103 descarce cablurile \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu acesta. Deformarea curbei de tensiune<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Curentul de sarcin\u0103 deformat, generat de sarcina nelinear\u0103, determin\u0103 o c\u0103dere de tensiune deformat\u0103 pe impedan\u0163a cablurilor.<\/p>\n<p>Tensiunea deformat\u0103 rezultat\u0103 se aplic\u0103 tuturor sarcinilor conectate la acela\u015fi circuit, produc\u00e2nd curen\u0163i armonici care circul\u0103 prin acestea chiar dac\u0103 ele sunt sarcini liniare, a\u0219a cum apare \u00een figura 6.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 295px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/deformare-curba-tensiune.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"deformare-curba-tensiune\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/deformare-curba-tensiune.jpg\" alt=\"deformare-curba-tensiune\" width=\"295\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 6 &#8211; Deformarea curbei de tensiune<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La analiza nivelului de distorsiune a tensiunii armonice, trebuie s\u0103 reamintim c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd sarcina este transferat\u0103 la un UPS sau un generator de rezerv\u0103 \u00een timpul unei \u00eentreruperi, impedan\u0163a sursei \u015fi distorsiunea de tensiune rezultat\u0103 sunt mult mai mari.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>7. Sub\u00eenc\u0103rcarea motoarelor cauzat\u0103 de asimetria de tensiune \u015fi armonicilor de tensiune<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tensiunile armonice produc \u00een motoarele de induc\u0163ie o cre\u015ftere a pierderilor prin curen\u0163i Foucault,<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 265px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/subincarcare-motoare.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"subincarcare-motoare\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senys.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/subincarcare-motoare.jpg\" alt=\"subincarcare-motoare\" width=\"265\" height=\"241\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fig. 7 \u2013 Supra\u00eenc\u0103lzirea motoarelor din cauza armonicilor de tensiune<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00eenacela\u015fi mod ca \u015fi \u00een cazul transformatoarelor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, apar pierderi suplimentare din pricina gener\u0103rii de c\u00e2mpuri armonice \u00een stator, fiecare dintre acestea av\u00e2nd tendin\u0163a de a roti motorul cu o alt\u0103 vitez\u0103, \u00eentr-un sens sau altul.<\/p>\n<p>Curen\u0163ii de frecven\u0163\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103 indu\u015fi \u00een rotor conduc la cre\u015fterea suplimentar\u0103 a pierderilor \u0219i a temperaturii \u00een \u00eenf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103ri ca \u00een figura 7.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Concluzii<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Aceste evenimente de calitate a energiei \u00eentrerup multe procese sensibile \u0219i scurteaz\u0103 durata de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103 a echipamentelor, determin\u00e2nd cheltuieli inutile sub form\u0103 de solu\u021bii implementate la problemele diagnosticate gre\u0219it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nivelul exact al abaterilor de la alimentarea perfect\u0103, care pot fi admise depind de aplica\u0163ia utilizatorului, de tipul de echipament instalat \u015fi de percep\u0163ia sa asupra condi\u0163iilor necesare.<\/p>\n<p>Industria energiei electrice are tendin\u0163a de a evalua \u00eentreruperile \u00een raport cu costul energiei electrice aferente nelivrate.<\/p>\n<p>Consumatorul o evalueaz\u0103 \u00een raport cu pierderile \u00een produc\u0163ie cauzate de \u00eentreruperi.<\/p>\n<p>Pierderile \u00een produc\u0163ie pot fi foarte importante \u015fi durata de indisponibilitate pentru preg\u0103tirea instala\u0163iilor \u00een vederea relu\u0103rii produc\u0163iei este foarte mare \u0219i presupune costuri ridicate.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Recomand\u0103ri<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Obiectivul este de a identifica punctele \u00een care pot ap\u0103rea \u00eentreruperi \u015fi acestea s\u0103 fie eliminate prev\u0103z\u00e2nd <strong>echipamente de rezerv\u0103 (redundante) sau c\u0103i alternative de alimentare.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Astfel, activitatea poate continua \u00een cazul unui singur incident.
